Join Cedar Ridge as we host the QuintEssential Experience Presented by Master Distiller, Murphy Quint. If you have ever wanted to understand the intricacies of our Award-Winning Single Malt Whiskey, this is an event you won’t want to miss!
The evening will begin with light appetizers and a QuintEssential cocktail. While sipping you can mingle with other guests, along with our production team and Master Distiller. Next, we welcome you to join us in the dining room for a plated dinner featuring the following:
Spinach Caprese Salad with Field Spinach, Tri-Color Tomatoes, Buffalo Mozzarella, Balsamic Reduction, and served with Parmesan Ciabatta Crisp.
AND
Iowa Short Ribs will include Braised Short Ribs, Reserve Red Demi Glace, Herb Roasted Red Potatoes, Brown Butter Asparagus with Smoked Tomatoes.
At the conclusion of dinner, the real magic begins as Murphy will lead an in-depth tasting and discussion that explores the distillery’s unique range of finishing casks hand-picked for this event. He will show you how he uses these single malt variations to create not only our QuintEssential Signature Blend, but also his own Special Releases.
The night will finish with dessert: Bourbon Brown Sugar Mini Bundt Cake with Maple Pecan Glaze and another opportunity to mingle with our production team and Murphy.
