Cedar Ridge Sparkling Rose is inspired by our house white, Demi-Sec wine. Using a blend of Marechal Foch, Geisenheim, and Cayuga varietals the wine is crisp and semi-sweet. Honeydew melon, canned peaches, starfruit, and mandarin oranges are the shining characteristics of this sparkling rose.
