Cooked cereal and herbaceous notes on the nose, along with caramel and vanilla. Sweet, smooth, and creamy, although slightly drying on the palate with pronounced dried/baked fruit notes. Long finish featuring caramel and vanilla notes and a persistent pepperiness.

After handcrafting our American Single Malt from pure malted barley, we then twice distill to 148º and cut it to 120º.
We age our American Single Malt whiskey in our own ex-bourbon barrels for 3-5 years.
After aging, we transfer the whiskey to various finishing casks for an additional 2 years.
We strategically marry various finishing casks together in our Solera Vat. The vat was filled about nine years ago, creating what we call our Mother Batch.
When we bottle The QuintEssential, we take a small portion of whiskey from the vat, before refilling. This results in a slow evolution from one batch to the next.
