This American Single Malt Whiskey was handcrafted from 100% malted barley, aged in Cedar Ridge’s bourbon barrels, and finished in a 132-gallon FIRST-FILL Sherry Butt from Jerez, Spain.
This barrel was selected by Murphy Quint, Cedar Ridge’s Master Blender, and released as a single barrel at true cask strength, only yielding 594 total bottles and only available in Iowa.
This is my favorite barrel of whiskey on the property at Cedar Ridge. I thought it would be fun to release it at cask strength so that our fans get to experience it the same way that I do, uncut and in its natural form.
