Valentines Day Pairing Dinner

Join Cedar Ridge as we celebrate Love with our annual Valentine’s Day cocktail and wine pairing dinner. Seating will begin at 6:30pm. Please arrive no earlier than 6:00pm. Cheers. y’all!!

FIRST
The Ridge Wedge Salad
Iceberg lettuce, Smoked bacon crumbles, English cucumber, Red onion, Roma tomatoes, Fresh ground black pepper, Creamy balsamic, House made sourdough croutons. Topped with parmesan dust.

Clearheart Gin, Aperitivo rosato, Lillet blanc, Lemon juice, and Trinity bitters
SECOND
Roasted Tomato Bisque
Roasted cherry tomatoes, onion, cream, garlic, fresh thyme and basil. Served with toasted baguette.

THIRD
Beef Wellington
Beef tenderloin stuffed with mushroom and garlic duxelle and goat cheese. Seared and roasted in a flaky puff pastry. Served with Nine Sixty-Five demi glace, red skin and garlic mash, and poached asparagus
Paired with: Double Oak Reserve
FOURTH
Chocolate Peanut Butter Trifle
Layers of peanut butter chocolate mousse, fudge brownie pieces, caramel sauce, chocolate sauce, fresh whipped cream and mini chocolate kisses.
Paired with: Your Main Squeeze
Straight Bourbon Whiskey, Orange simple, Orange juice, Heavy cream, Gourmet chocolate dust.
