SIP & ROLL

Join Everybody Bend Yoga for an hour of fun and relaxation. During this event, you’ll use the provided props – foam blocks, cork blocks, and tennis balls – to release tension and “gunk” from the hard-to-reach areas of your body.

Enjoy a glass of wine before or after the event, compliments of Cedar Ridge Winery. Bring your stress-filled body, love of wine, and your yoga mat!

Masks are optional, but social distancing is still required between groups. The event will begin promptly at the posted event start time. Due to COVID precautions, wine may be enjoyed before or after the event.
