Shakin’ It At Cedar Ridge: Join our Bar and Education Manager, Andrew, along with the bar team, as they teach you how to make some classic Irish cocktails but with a nice Iowa-ish twist! From a boozy sipper, to a tasty sweet treat, these cocktails will have you feelin’ extra lucky all year long.  During this class, you’ll learn about three cocktails. Andrew and the team will show you how to make two and then will send you home with one to enjoy! Start off the night with a true classic, a “Stout Old Fashioned”, and learn about this wild twist mixing stout beer and bourbon.. Next, you’ll shake things up as we demonstrate how to make a velvety smooth “Irish Cream [Iced] Coffee”. Finally, participants will be sent home with a cocktail to enjoy.
