Shakin’ It At Cedar Ridge: “Country Club Classics featuring Iowa Bourbon!” Join our Bar and Education Manager, Andrew, along with the bar team, as they show you how to add a bourbon twist to some of the classics you might have had at your local country club back in the day.  This class will demonstrate the massive world of  liqueurs and apéritifs and pair them with our best pal, bourbon. Get ready to learn how to master two classics! From a boozy sipper, to a tasty dessert treat, these cocktails will take you back in time.  During this class, you’ll learn about three cocktails. Andrew and the team will show you how to make two and then will send you home with one to enjoy! Start off the night with a true classic, a Boulevardier, as Andrew teaches participants about the history of apéritifs, and how they can elevate your cocktails. Next, you’ll shake things up as we demonstrate how to make a velvety smooth Grasshopper, featuring creme de cacao. Finally, participants will be sent home with a cocktail to enjoy.
