Some people are runners, others are rummers. Join us on April 26 from 6-8 for a Dark Rum cocktail class and pick your side!
Bar and Education Manager, Andrew, along with bar team members, Anderson and Zach, teach you about our barrel-aged Dark Rum and show you how to make two very different cocktails. Both of which will no doubt have you reaching for rum the next time you visit our retail shop. We will even send you home with one to enjoy! Get ready to shake and stir up some delicious flavor combinations with two original cocktails made just for this class! From a rich cold brew coffee cocktail to an effervescent sipper, your taste buds will not be disappointed.

Cocktails:
Capsized: Cedar Ridge Dark Barrel-Aged Rum, honey simple, cold brew coffee, salt, soda water, lemon peel.
Sunken Treasure: Cedar Ridge Dark Barrel-Aged Rum, Iowa Sparkling White Wine, honey simple syrup, lemon juice, tiki bitters.
Cannonball Rum: Cedar Ridge Dark Barrel-Aged Rum, watermelon simple syrup, lime juice, tonic water. (Goes home with you!)
